We couldn't wait any longer, so we're getting starting in a one-room space that will host yoga and Pilates classes, sound baths, and other events.

Where do I park?
We don't have a dedicated lot for this building. What we do have is a ton of options for both free and paid parking, all within a two-block radius. We promise, once you get used to it, parking will be a breeze. Find a map!

How is 444 S. Blount Street different from the Raleigh Unrushed space currently under construction?
Size: Our temporary home at 444 S. Blount Street is just one room. When Raleigh Unrushed opens one block south (547 S. Blount Street), we'll have four polished rooms, as well as some other nice fixings!
Class offerings: Because we're sharing one room, we've got less space to offer classes, so our schedule will be limited for now.
Teacher roster: We won't have our full complement of teachers until we throw the doors open wide at our forever home.
Is there a set schedule of classes that I can look at?
No, but kinda. Raleigh Unrushed is a teacher-driven project, so we don't set a schedule and find teachers to teach those classes. Instead, we are inviting teachers to offer the practices that they want to offer...which means that the schedule will grow and evolve as teachers join the "Unrushed Assembly" and set their classes. You can always find classes listed on the schedule page, and a regular newsletter will go out to keep you posted on what's coming up.
Why am I being directed to another website to register for my class?
Raleigh Unrushed is built on the idea that skilled and experienced teachers should be able to run their own business how they see fit. So some (or many) of our teachers might use their own websites for class and event registration. You're only a click or two away from reserving your spot!
Do you offer packages and memberships?
At the moment, no--though that might come when we move to our Forever Home. For now, classes are operated by the teachers who teach them, so you'll register with the individual teacher for each class. Some teachers do offer discounted packages for their classes, though!
